Terms of Service — Clara

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using Clara you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
2. Service Description
Clara is an Android application to track income and expenses. It works offline. You may optionally create a cloud account to enable sync and AI features. The app is distributed as a signed APK and/or through the Play Store.
3. User Account
Creating an account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not use Clara for illegal activities, to infringe third-party rights, or to attempt reverse engineering, decompilation, or extraction of source code beyond what is allowed by the applicable license.
5. AI Features
AI features (receipt scanning, voice dictation, categorization) are optional. They may be subject to usage limits. Accuracy is not guaranteed; always review the data before confirming.
6. Intellectual Property
Clara, its brand, logo, and code are owned by Luchodev. They are distributed under the terms indicated in the repository. No license is granted over your personal data.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Clara is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, total absence of errors, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the app at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luchodev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Clara.
9. Changes to the Service and the Terms
We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will be published at this same URL. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
10. Termination
You may stop using Clara at any time by uninstalling the app. If you have an account, you can request its deletion by writing to privacy@clara.luisangel.dev.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Colombia.
